Andrew received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010. While at Indiana, Andrew served as a law clerk for the Indiana Office of Environmental Adjudication. Andrew spent the summer of 2009 as a law clerk for the Municipal Attorney of Anchorage, Alaska, assisting with civil and environmental litigation matters. From 2007-2008 Andrew served as Deputy Communications Director for the Mitch for Governor Re-election Campaign. In 2006, Andrew was awarded a Governor’s Fellowship and worked in Governor Daniels’ office with the Director of Intergovernmental Affairs. As an undergrad, Andrew attended Wabash College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in English Literature and Political Science.
Andrew represents numerous state and municipal agencies. He currently represents businesses, people, and governments in civil litigation. Andrew currently resides in Beech Grove.
