Michelle L. Baldwin

Michelle L. Baldwin grew up in Pendleton , Indiana , just north of Indianapolis . She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the Kelley School of Business ( Indiana University ) with a major in accounting and then continued her education at the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis . While attending law school, she concentrated her courses in business and taxation, including an internship with the Internal Revenue Service and directed the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. She studied abroad with the European Law Summer Program in Lille , France and was also an editor for the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review.

Before joining Lewis and Wilkins LLP, Ms. Baldwin worked for both accounting and legal offices, including two of the Big Four accounting firms and a specialty aviation firm. Her principle areas of practice are aviation law, pharmacy regulatory matters, business organizations and transactions, taxation and health law. Throughout her career, she has represented small businesses, Fortune 500 companies and numerous individuals.
