Mr. Koers enjoys practicing law in various arenas. In his practice he has enjoyed working with church law, commercial and business litigation, business formation and business counseling, insurance law, worker’s compensation defense, employment law, antitrust issues, estate planning and probate. Mr. Koers is a licensed title agent and has extensive experience in real estate negotiations and closings, as well as the related areas of land use and zoning, landlord/tenant issues, negotiation of commercial lease agreements, and residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures. Mr. Koers is a former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Marion County, Indiana, and has extensive courtroom and litigation experience. Being born and raised in Indianapolis and now practicing law and raising his family in Indianapolis, Mr. Koers looks to assist his clients in any of their endeavors or challenges.
