Ryan graduated from Indiana University in 2016 with a B.S. in Public Financial Management and a minor in Law and Public Policy. While attending IU-Bloomington, Ryan worked in the tax and accounting industry. He became an Enrolled Agent – a licensed tax professional – in 2014.
Ryan is a graduate with honors distinction from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During law school, Ryan won the Staton Intramural Moot Court competition. The next year, Ryan served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Society. He also served as Articles Editor on the Indiana Law Review. In 2018, Ryan was published in the Tax Notes Journal, co-writing an article focused on the implications of the mortgage interest deduction in light of recent tax reform.
Ryan’s primary practice areas include civil litigation and business law. He is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Southern District of Indiana. Ryan is from Rushville, Indiana. He and his wife, Grace, now reside in Indianapolis.
