Evan received his B.S. with honors distinction from Indiana State University. He was a student-athlete on the Sycamore Football program. After his playing days ended, Evan took on an operational role with the NCAA Division-I team while also working for a Vigo County-based not-for-profit that assisted impoverished youth.
Evan is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, earning a Graduate Certificate in Health Law and Policy. During law school, Evan served as the President of IU McKinney’s Federalist Society Chapter, which won the “Student Organization of the Year Award.” He was twice elected by his peers to serve as Class Representative to the Student Bar Association. Evan accepted an invitation to serve on the Deans’ Student Advisory Board and a founding member IU McKinney’s Wellness Committee. Prior to graduation, Evan was a volunteer logistical assistant for a congressional campaign in Southern Indiana.
Evan’s primary practice areas include civil litigation and business law. He is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Southern District of Indiana. Evan is from Franklin; however, he and his family now reside in Zionsville with their three dogs.
