Prior to joining Lewis And Wilkins LLP, Carlton Anker worked for a national conservative climate advocacy organization as the Indiana Director and continues to serve as an external Senior Strategic Advisor. Carlton has served as an interim staffer in a Congressional office in Washington D.C. as well as in a policy think-tank in Indianapolis. He is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he was an active member of the Federalist Society. He is also a graduate of Indiana University’s Paul H. O’Neil School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Carlton’s primary practice areas include civil litigation, transactional, and governmental services. Carlton resides in Hamilton County with his dog, Reggie. He is an avid ultimate frisbee competitor and was a member of the Indianapolis AlleyCats club.
