Prior to joining Lewis And Wilkins LLP, Nick Whitten worked for a multi-state litigation firm specializing in transportation defense. Nick is a graduate of West Liberty University’s Gary E. West College of Business, where he earned his degree in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was an active member of the Federalist Society. During his time in law school, Nick focused his areas of study on civil litigation, including an internship with a prestigious Indianapolis-based boutique agricultural law firm specializing in litigation, farmland use, insurance, and zoning issues. He also interned with The Grange Insurance at its in-house counsel office in West Chester, Ohio.
Nick’s primary practice is a civil litigation involving land use, flooding, infrastructure, trucking, or real estate issues.
Nick is originally from Johnson County, Indiana; however, he currently resides in historic Irvington with his fiancée and their two dogs.
